Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Please contact us regarding any questions about the Company Policy.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Card Information.
All services and products may be purchased from the website and or by emailing your Branding Agent or Customer Service. If more information is needed for your order an agent will contact you after your purchase via email and phone. The job will not be put into production until after obtaining missing information.
Custom Prints
All printing jobs are priced based on quantity, product, printing method, color and size. Each quote is unique to the job. Please contact your agent or customer service prior to purchasing blank items from us or another vendor. Some jobs only we can supply the garments and for some jobs we can accept garments from the client. With each order if the client does not know the printing method to use we will quote the job with the most effective and high quality print.
After a job is paid the client will receive an approval email for artwork and job details. After approved RJ Millennial Branding is not subject to refunds due to approving the job. All jobs are approved by the client before printing.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. If purchasing any subscription from the website please read the benefits before doing so. The client will be billed once for the yearly subscription. Once a subscription is coming to an end the client will receive an email to renew. It is solely the clients decision to renew or not. No subscriptions are automatically renewed meaning the benefits also, expire if not renewed.
Refunds
All services are non refundable due to time used to work on or to complete such service. Time cannot be undone. For all services, clients receive unlimited revisions until satisfied. Full or partial refunds will not be granted if a client does not like our process, it will only be acceptable if a job is poorly done and or has effected the clients business.
All products purchased from the website are subject to a full or partial refund depending on the product. If it is a customized product the company must attempt to redo the job to the clients satisfaction before submitting a refund.
If a product is shipped damaged/incorrect the client has 7 days to check the order and contact customer service.
Content
At any given time, if the public is able to post content on the website such as but not limited to.. text, graphics, videos, or other material the content must be respectful avoiding nudity, profanity, politics, and race, or the content will be removed.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by RJ Millennial Branding.
RJ Millennial Branding, has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content,
privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that RJ Millennial Branding, shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any
damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any
such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15-30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
