RJ Millennial Branding specializes in public perception, we use millennial tactics to brand all businesses! We are a one stop shop for all marketing and branding, offering such as but not limited to Graphic Designs, Custom Prints, Websites, Virtual Assistants and more!

We’re looking for Branding Agents to join our team for part time work, with the option to become Full Time.  

You will be working directly with the project manager to design growth & marketing strategies, conduct client consultations, and to help clients with their jobs from start to finish. 

**Salary** We offer a commission based pay + bonuses. 

**Timeline** We are looking for candidates that can start immediately.

**Responsibilities**

* Innovate Thinking
* Design, execute, and measure growth strategies for the company and clients
* Identify client needs
* Schedule & conduct client consultations
* Research market trends and conduct competitor analysis
* Learn a lot, be a great teammate, and have fun with the process

**Qualifications**

* Experience in Marketing/Advertising 
* Solid understanding of marketing & growth strategies (inbound, outbound, content marketing, etc)
* Must have access to a phone and laptop or desktop.
* Portfolio of prior work is a plus not but required
* Must have HubSpot Certification or Willing to Obtain
* Strong data-driven research & Analytical skills are a plus
